Balloon Designs was established in 1991 and operated for 14 years at the back of Hartleys Newsagency. In March 2005 Balloon Designs moved to the corner of Bridge and Ruthven Streets and expanded its services and product range.

We take pleasure in making fabulous displays and creating festive atmospheres for all types of functions. We use the very best quality balloons and our service is second to none. Balloon Designs staff are constantly upgrading their knowledge and skills at national and international conventions and completeing training as Certified Balloon Artists (C.B.A's) to ensure customers will receive a quality and creative product that is suitable for their function.

In March 2007, the owner of Balloon Designs, Margaret Campbell was named Australasian Balloon Designer of the Year.
